The Benmiller Inn
Goderich, Ontario

Kathi and I recently spent a weekend in the Benmiller Inn in Goderich, Ontario. Goderich is located on the shores of Lake Huron, and the Inn is a few miles inland. The Inn provides a full spa, and the package we had included massages for both of us. Kathi also got a facial and a manacure. The area around the inn is beautiful, very far removed from any nearby big cities, (Goderich is only 7500 people.) A very relaxing and beautiful weekend.

Watching hockey
On the return trip on Sunday, we stopped in Sarnia to do a little shopping. Although most of the stores closed at 5PM, Radio Shack stayed open due to the large amount of people watching the US vs. Canada gold medal game. Despite our US citizinship, we were not lynched by the enthusiastic Canadians. We managed to cover ourselves by cheering for the Red Wings on Team Canada, Steve Yzerman and Brendan Shanahan.
